The first time I set my foot in a spa back home in New Jersey- it was one good experience. Yet, spa hopping in Italy is one great lifetime experience. Spas goers nowadays don’t look at it at some extravagant luxury, many female specie indulge in. But for us who loves to feel good, look young and health conscious, one great spa is equivalent to one wonderful shopping.

Here are some of the most wonderful spa I had visited on my stay in Italy.

• Bagni di Pisa Natural Spa This is one wonderful spa stop after visiting Lucca’s tourist spots or must-to-do-things for tourist. • Fonteverde Natural Spa Resort This resort is set in a 17th Century doorway or portico in the midst of hot springs. Here you will really appreciate the detailed design and decoration of the place. This resort offers a lot of signature treatments that aspire in rejuvenating the body. The Derma-Cellular therapy and the Tonex Bandage are two of the examples. For body relaxation treatments they offer mud treatments and aromatherapy. One amazing thing is you can check your general health by booking medical consultations that follow the ideology of traditional Chinese medicine. This spa is in San Casciano Dei Bagni and just two hours drive from Rome Fiumicino International Airport.

• Grotta Giusti Natural Spa This spa is one great creation for man. The thermal water generates a detoxifying effect and overall sense of wellbeing. The spa offers traditional treatments such as mud therapy, massage and diet assessments. A fitness centre and a large thermal pool are also available. It is located in Monsummano Terme and about 30 minutes away from Pisa Galileo Airport and Florence Vespucci Airport.

One Spa experience at the end of every tourist-activity is an exhilarating way of ending our day. You will go out from the spa- renewed, refresh and definitely beautiful.
